Walking the Walk: Day 3
Day 3: Today is Sunday and I've declared it, "No 'No' Day," which means no matter what they ask me to do, I'll say yes. This, I learn quickly, is a dangerous offer. By 10 A.M. we've:- had a pillow fight
- had a dance party
- played catch
- played indoor tag
- played hide-and-seek
- played whole-house Hyperdash
- made breakfast
Most experts agree that 30 minutes of moderate physical activity is the minimum amount of exercise adults under 65 should be getting every day. I've at least doubled that today. What's moderate activity? Hard enough to make you sweat, while still being able to carry on a conversation. Dancing, tag, and Hyperdash through the entire house did that for me.
