Slivers vs. Slices

Want to have your cake and eat it without feeling guilty for weeks too? Here's a tip:
Opt for a 'sliver' over a 'slice.' A sliver is half, a third or even a quarter of the size of a regular old slice, so theoretically, you could cut as many calories from dessert.
Growing up, my great aunt Doze never ate more than a sliver at dessert and she stayed slim her whole life. I'm not saying that this small move will make you skinny for life, but I would venture a guess that this is one of those secrets of naturally thin people that we're always talking about.
