Size Matters - Order the Small, Stay Small

That's what a study mentioned by the Daily Mail says, anyway.
Participants were given either a large popcorn or a small one -- results showed that the people given the large ate more ... even if they didn't like popcorn in the first place!
Obviously, this doesn't just go for popcorn. Order the large of anything -- be it fries, soda, candy or chips -- and you're bound to eat more than you would if you stuck to the smaller size. So next time you're placing your order, ignore your instinct to buy the value size and stick to a reasonable portion size instead.
