Snowboarders - Are You Fit Enough to Fend Off Coyotes?
Categories: Fitness
An Arizona jogger runs with a wild fox dangling from her arm. And a 9-year-old Colorado snowboarder, out in the winter wonderland with his 6-year-old brother, whacks a wild coyote in the face with his board -- but only after the coyote attacks and bites the boy, the kids pushes him away, and the darn thing circles back for more. Tony Sandlin, who got 11 rabies shots, is doing just fine.
Outdoor fitness your thing? Might want to ramp up your upper body workouts and take in a kickboxing class or two -- because while you might be fit enough to pound the pavement or shred down some snow-covered mountains, you never know when you might need to throw a few punches or kick a bit of animal a**.

That's awesome! Good for that kid. Not only would I win the battle with an attacking coyote, but I would probably make a mid-day snack out of him... beats the lines in the lodge, right?
All the Best,
