What type of exercise do you do? Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, Bootcamp, and Wii Fit
What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Group support, and the fun music in the classes.
What's on your MP3 player? Everything from salsa, r&b to rock and the 80's.
Favorite healthy food? Mushrooms
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Pizza
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Finally using a treadmill to try to start running.
Best fitness advice? Keep at it and usually you will notice a difference in some aspect of your health, wether it be weight loss or more endurance.
