So I just have one question: How can you go wrong?
You may not have picked up a jump rope since your days on the school yard, but it's back with a vengance. And why not? It's simple, and it really works. According to Fitsugar, here are five reasons you should jump rope:
- It's cheap. A jump rope shouldn't run you more than $15.
- It can be done anywhere.
- It helps you gain strength.
- It helps you burn fat.
- And finally, it helps improve coordination.
So I just have one question: How can you go wrong?
