You may not have picked up a jump rope since your days on the school yard, but it's back with a vengance. And why not? It's simple, and it really works. According to Fitsugar, here are five reasons you should jump rope:


  • It's cheap. A jump rope shouldn't run you more than $15.
  • It can be done anywhere.
  • It helps you gain strength.
  • It helps you burn fat.
  • And finally, it helps improve coordination.
