The treadmill is a great tool for walking and jogging, but have you ever tried to use it for anything else? (Besides drying clothes on it.) You might be surprised to learn about all of the things you can do on a treadmill to get a tremendous upper body and abdominal workout. As I have a bad back and did gym as a child I find Anthony's exercises much more comfortable and create much less pain. Thanks Anthony
