AOL Health has a slideshow of foods that may seem healthy, but really aren't:
- Banana chips. They're more than dried bananas -- with the added oil and sweeteners, banana chips almost have as many calories and fat as potato chips.
- Burger King's Veggie Burger with Cheese. You might think you're making a healthier choice opting for the veggie burger, but it's not such a healthful choice after all. It has 470 calories, 20 grams of fat, and 1320 milligrams of sodium.
- Breaded or battered, frozen fish fillets. While a frozen fish fillet can be a quick and simple dinner solution, the breaded and battered varieties really bump up the fat and calories.
- Spinach dip. Just because it has "spinach" in its name doesn't mean it's nutritious. Tostitos Spinach Dip has 50 calories and two grams of fat in just two tablespoons. If you can stick to just two tablespoons, it's not so bad -- but that's easier said than done!
