Thanksgiving - Indulge in a Little Exercise

One day of indulging certainly won't make or break your diet, that's for sure. But there's no reason why you can't be proactive and burn off a few hundred of those calories too.
When you get up to throw in the turkey, slip on your tennies and go for an early morning walk or run. It'll relieve some holiday stress and prepare you for the day ahead.
Not cooking this year? Then round up the relatives after dinner for a hike in the woods or a game of touch football. Not only will you put a dent in the calories you just consumed, you'll feel better too.
