Do you have an extra 20 minutes? I know, I know ... this is a crazy, busy time of year. But if you really look at your schedule, I'm sure you can find 20 spare minutes a couple days each week. Put that time to good use and try this great butt-sculpting workout.You'll need a stability ball and three to five-pound dumbbells for some of the moves. Each exercise is designed to whip your glutes into perfect shape, but the moves have added bonuses of working other muscle groups such as shoulders and core muscles.
