Women's Day calls this an 'Eat Plenty' list -- and that's exactly what it is: A list of things you can eat in unlimited amounts. By making a list, keeping it handy and ensuring you have plenty of the items in your kitchen, you're ensuring that you won't need to go hungry.
You might have guessed that there's a catch -- the items on this list must be healthy. Chocolate cake is not something you can eat plenty of. What can you eat? Carrots, celery, mushrooms, peas, blueberries, plain air-popped popcorn, low-fat cottage cheese, skim milk, bell peppers, salsa, gum, herbal tea. If you do a bit of brainstorming, you'll come up with a long list of things to satisfy your hunger.
