What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Determination and some motivation from friends

What's on your MP3 player? Pretty much anything country

Favorite healthy food? Mangoes

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Anything chocolate!

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Losing 55 pounds

Best fitness advice? Life will always get in the way if you let it be an excuse. If you really want something, go and get it. Find a way to make fitness fit in to your everyday life.
