The vegan actress says, "I feel the most grateful every day when I meditate or do yoga or eat a beautiful, delicious, cruelty-free meal made from plant-based foods." These things remind her of how fortunate she is and how healthy she is. Which I happen to think is pretty inspiring.

I've read before that she puts on a huge, yummy, fabulous vegan spread for friends and family around the holidays -- man, would I love to get an invite to that!
