While the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) spends gazillions to advocate their MyPyramid, The Biggest Loser reality show touts their own -- the 4-3-2-1 Food Pyramid.Weight loss and nutrition adviser for The Biggest Loser, Dr. Michael Dansinger, reveals the skinny on the 4-3-2-1 daily countdown:
- At least four cups of fruits and vegetables
- Three eight-ounce servings of lean protein
- No more than two cups of whole grains
- One sweet treat (e.g., diet pudding)
