I find Yanni's Ethnicity to be a good listen while I walk or bike. You can just get lost in his music, I like to do a little tie-chi while I walk and you can get a good stretching work out with Yanni. Just follow the flow of the beautiful music and make up your own tie chi moves it's Fantastic.
