What type of exercise do you do? Running, cycling, and high-intensity aerobic exercises with weights.

Favorite not-so-healthy food? Truffles, yum.

Greatest fitness accomplishment? Losing 44 lbs (only 39 to go!)

Best fitness advice? A year from now, you could be where you want to be. Just a year! "Never give up on a dream just because of the length of time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway." It's your life, take charge!
