Feeling a bit grouchy? Include these foods in your diet to improve your mood.
We all have those days when we just don't feel like ourselves. And while diet certainly won't take away your daily aggravations, it can help you keep yourself on a more even keel.
- Need an energy boost? Try beans, lean poultry, red meat, or cheese.
- Feeling grumpy? Try sunflower seeds, whole-grain cereals, and Brazil nuts.
- Nerves getting the best of you? Try bananas, milk, and leafy greens.
- Is your bedroom getting a little boring? Asparagus and orange juice both contain folate and oysters contain zinc -- both can help boost your sex drive.
- A little down in the dumps? Fatty fish, such as salmon, herring, or tuna, can help battle depression.
