Daily Fit Tip - Forgive Halloween indiscretions
Categories: Daily Fit Tip
Halloween candy is hard to resist, so don't beat yourself up if you had a few ... or a few too many.
Chances are, the only person who's giving you a hard time about eating that Halloween candy is you. And that's not a bad thing -- acting as your own diet police is a great way to make sure you don't overdo it -- but what's done is done, and it's time stop beating yourself up and move on. Lamenting a poor choice is not productive -- doing something about it is.
Forgive yourself your eating sins. Make it up to yourself by doing an extra 15 minutes at the gym each time you work out, avoiding sugar and salt for a couple of weeks, drinking lots of water ... or all of the above.
