Sex - size really doesn't matter

Researchers who conducted the study are surprised. "These results were unexpected and we don't really know why this is the case," said one of the study's authors.

What's really unexpected here, I think, is their reaction. Have those persuasive media images that tell us what's "beautiful" influenced even people who should be above such things?

Here at That's Fit, we encourage a fit and healthy lifestyle, and that includes maintaining a healthy weight. But I think true "fitness" is more than that. It's about having the confidence to live a full and active life. Enjoying a healthy sex life has little to do with perfect abs and has everything to do with confidence.

If your extra weight lowers your self-esteem, then, sure, it's going to affect your sex life. But we all know people with perfect bodies and not a shred of confidence. So why, then, are these researchers so surprised?
