Fitz,
I'm an active 20 year old that usually loves working out and being fit. Every once in a while I've had occasional knee pain, but never anything unusual. In the past week, however, I've felt near-constant pain around the kneecaps and, after doing some research, it really seems like Patellar Subluxation. My knees hurt all the time now- sitting, walking, and working out. I will see a doctor about it, but since I'm at university now, I must wait until I get home. Do you have any suggestions for stretches or resistance training to help address the discomfort/pain?
