Kelly Ripa gets ripped with these 6 moves
Kelly Ripa looks pretty darn great. Kelly's fit frame has graced the cover of not one, but two fitness magazines. (Though I don't understand why Shape magazine air-brushed Kelly's cute outie belly-button and made it an innie.)Now, you can try these six moves that help keep Kelly in shape:
- Triceps can-can. Like Kelly, this move is a little quirky and a lot of fun. But it definitely works your triceps, quads, and abs, too.
- Leg raise. You'll need a counter or tall chair for balance with this move, which works your butt and outer thighs.
- Thigh dancing. Definitely unusual, Kelly swears this move works her quads, butt, and abs. We've even got her on video doing this move.
- Pretzel. You'll need some balance and flexibility to do this move, which works your butt, thighs, and abs.
- Squat with ball squeeze. If, like Kelly Ripa, you're a parent, you probably have more than your fair share of sports balls around the house. Put one of them to use with this move that works your legs, butt, and inner thighs.
- Rolling crunch. Put a new twist on the standard crunch with this move.

Kelly is a great role model for our young girls. she is smart and she takes care of herself without over doing it. (not too skinny). she is married with children and has a career.
And she doesn't take herself too seriously.

My only problem with Kelley is her mouth. She gets me so upset on the show that I have to turn it off. With her constant interuptions and silly comments, her long bouts of senseless chatter is too much.

Kelly is a good sensible girl with her head set squarely & steadily on her shoulders. She made a comment some years ago about why she works so hard and so much .. basically .. because of her kids... to give them security.. she has, what seems to be, a good solid marriage and successful career, while being a very good ..hands on mom.. and to the person saying she talks too much?? Get a clue.. she's on a TALK SHOW.. I like her and commend her for staying healthy and not jumping on the 'so what let's ALL be fat' bandwagon..

As far as I'm concerned, Kelly Ripa is way too thin. There's such a thing as being thin and shapely and then there's just plain thin like a stick and to me Kelly's shape is the latter. Why the obsession with looking like a stick. Too thin can present all kinds of health problems. Don't try to emulate Kelly; just be yourself and live with what makes you feel comfortable but healthy.

Yes, she is adorable and in fantastic shape, but she is toooo thin. You can see her breast bone and those shoes that they put on her look like moon boots on her tiny feet. I think someday, she like Kathy Lee, will discover that a little weight makes one not look so haggered. Some of her clothes "hang" on her because there is no shape to her body from the front. Perhaps a little boob enchancement might help. Mark must have puncture wounds from those bones.

Kelly looked so pretty when she first appeared on Regis'
show. At least she had a curvy figure and was very attractive. Too much emphasis on today's top model look .. which is practically emaciated. You're right, her clothing hangs on her and it's so little girlish looking. I wish she would realize this.

IN MY OPINION KELLY IS VERY CUTE AND HAS AN AMAZING SMILE...HOWEVER, SHE IS TOO THIN FOR HER AGE AND HER FIGURE RESEMBLES A 13 YEAR OLD BOY. SHE IS NOT THE KIND OF ROLE MODEL I WANT MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER TO LOOK UP TO...SHE NEEDS TO EAT! I ALSO THINK SHE RAMBLES ON ABOUT NOTHING WAY TOO OFTEN. B-O-R-I-N-G...
