Daily Fit Tip: Pick the candy of most resistance

It's pretty simple: When you're picking up sweet stuff to hand out to the kids, buy the candy you like least. I've been doing this for years now, and it works wonders. I hand out Dubble Bubble gum -- you know, the kind with the Pud comics. It's not that I don't like gum -- I just don't love it. And even if I did, gorging on gum isn't nearly as much of a calorie disaster as eating 25 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
In fact, I still have Dubble Bubbles left over from last year -- how's that for a calorie-conscious treat?
What are you serving the kidlets this year?
