How often do you exercise? Five times a week.
What type of exercise do you do? Running and working out with exercise DVDs.

What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? I tell myself, "I just need to put on my workout clothes and if I still don't feel like working out, I don't have to." Although, once I'm dressed, I always feel like working out.
What's on your MP3 player? Lots and lots of punk music.
Favorite healthy food? Sushi and artichokes.
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Cheesecake.
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Being in an infomercial for my favorite workout DVD.
Best fitness advice? Keep a food diary, drink lots of water, find an activity that you love and do it.
