You've probably heard that mirrors can make a room look bigger. They also might help you lose weight. Here's how.

According to our friends at Fitsugar, hanging mirrors where you eat can help you lose weight because watching yourself chow down can keep you from going overboard. Hang a mirror across from where you usually sit in your kitchen or dining room and you just might see results. After all, what have you got to lose ... besides pounds, of course?

It's kind of like the idea I wrote about a few months ago -- eat naked to lose weight. Except, of course, this idea is much more conducive to family meals.
