How often do you exercise? Four to five times per week.
What type of exercise do you do? Everything, including jogging, running, lifting weights, boxing, kickboxing, yoga, etc.

What gets you to workout, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing that going to work out today is much easier than starting all over again in a couple of days ... weeks ... months ... years!
What's on your MP3 player? Mostly R&B
Favorite healthy food? Edamame
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Anything chocolate
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Participating in last years Men's Health Urbanathalon and having my picture, no matter how small, in Men's Health magazine and on their website month after month. (My husband enjoys finding me like "Where's Waldo?" or something.)

Great coach and great motivator. I lost over 25 pounds through proper eating and proper excersize that fit my life style. That is Dr. Well's strength - costomizing a program to fit your life style and personallity. Thanks Dr Wells.
