Daily Fit Tip: Get 2.5 hours a week

Feeling daunted by the idea of exercise? Don't. Most adults can benefit from as little as 2.5 hours a week.
Not only that, but physical activity doesn't have to mean "workout." Take a brisk walk, vigorously rake those leaves, chase your kid around the playground -- it all adds up. And when it adds up to 2.5 hours every week, your health will reap the benefits.
So whether you choose to do a dedicated workout routine for 30 minutes five days a week, or only have time for 20 minute bursts of activity every day, you'll be doing your body good by getting it moving on a regular basis.
