Sienna Miller boogies her way into shape
Categories: Fitness, Celebs & Entertainment
Dancing is definitely one hot exercise trend. Just check out the following Dancing with the Stars celebrities who get to tango, twist, and transform their bodies this season.

Actress Sienna Miller won't be parading around on stage with this crew but dancing is what she says keeps her petite frame long and lean. High-energy dance workouts at Studio Soma in West Hollywood keep her on the move. She especially likes the Cardio Boogie class -- a session designed for non-dancers, with a mix of hip-hop, disco, belly dancing and more. It's all prep for an upcoming movie role.
You might not be headed for the TV dance stage or a movie role, but dancing could be just the thing you need to tighten, firm, and shape from head to toe.

Sex with other people's husbands is also part of her fitness regime too, it would seem.

Oh please, I love when celebrities say they keep weight by just dancing or running after their kids. My favorite was when Kate Hudson said she ate whatever she wanted and lost the 70 pounds she gained when pregnant by just running after her baby. It then came out that she ate 800 calories a day and did hour long personal training sessions daily. Give me a break.
I also strive to eat healthy and lead by example for my daughters, so they don't grow up with the problems I had. I eat flax every morning for health and weight loss reasons. I have the same breakfast now every day. I recently lost 30 pounds following the weight watchers program http://www.weightwatchers.com and I now just am more watchful every day of what I eat. I have a banana low fat yogurt with golden roasted flax for breakfast every day. It is filling, keeps me regular and tastes fabulous (kinda like sesame seeds). My Weight Watchers leader recommended fitflax to me and it definitely helped the last 10 pounds to melt off. It is low carb and low cal. It is a flax and chia blend and I
think I read about it in O mag. They also listed a code to get 15% off. The site is http://www.fitflax.com and the code for 15% off is FIT15
Maybe she daoes dance, but I don't think that is the entire extent of her workout and diet program.

Well, maybe we could all take a cue from her, minus the married guys she does bedroom gymnastics with, but the sex and dancing seem to work for her. She looks GREAT! I know what it's like to try and lose weight. I lost 47 pounds in 6 weeks using the Rapidthin diet at www.rapidthin.com. Good luck to all. Use what works for you.
