According to reports out of the UK, Saatchi ate eggs for every meal, three eggs per meal. That works out to nine eggs a day. As for results? He's lost an impressive 56 lbs on the diet.
It's not the worst diet I've ever heard of -- after all, eggs are healthier than, say, a diet of French fries. And eggs -- particularly the yolks -- are rich in nutrients, high in protein, low in carbs and relatively low in calories, though I don't think adding a few veggies to the mix would hurt at all. Plus, I don't know about you but I would get bored of eating the same thing all the time, and I think a successful weight loss plan should be founded on habits that you can maintain in the long run.
