Walking the Walk: Day 3

Day 3: Because I have oatmeal or cereal nearly every morning for breakfast, topping my bowl with some sort of frozen fruit seems to be an easy way to get in that first serving. What I've discovered is that, with fruit on top, I don't mind eating plain Cheerios or oatmeal, so I'm automatically reducing the amount of processed sugar I eat. That's a bonus I hadn't anticipated. I'm tired of salad, so at lunch I make a veggie sandwich and pile it high with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mashed avocado.
