How do Biggest Loser winners look now?

If you're wondering how life is after the ranch for NBC's The Biggest Loser winners, ponder no more. Ali, Bill, Matt and Erik recently released photos. Not one resembles their previous bigger self, but they're mortal -- keeping a manageable weight requires daily vigilance in the exercise and diet department.

Here are updates on my three favorite contestants:

• Ali was by far my favorite winner, and when she went lower than my current weight -- annoying -- I kept cheering her on. She's a spokesperson for 24 Hour Fitness and still tracks her calories in/calories out every day. She slides into her skinny jeans or steps on the scale for reality checks.
• Matt is now a father of two young boys with wife Suzy, whom he met on the show. He freaked out after watching a tape of himself on Larry King Live, realizing he had to hire a personal trainer and get back to the gym pronto. He's okay with gaining back some weight, as long as it's addressed immediately.
  
• Erik sold that deli he owned in Long Island and is cruising around the country as a motivational speaker. From his pics, he's definitely gained back some weight, but still looks good.
