Just because you're working for the weekend doesn't mean that you have to only be a weekend warrior when it comes to fitness. Having a weekday commitment to your desk or computer can make it tough to squeeze in daily exercise, but not impossible. Even if you don't have time for a walk at lunch time, you can tone, improve your balance, better your posture, and finesse your flexibility ... right at your desk.
