Daily Fit Tip: Put an end to chafing

The problem? Thigh chafing.
The solution? Petroleum jelly, aka Vaseline. Seriously, it works wonders. Just apply some to your 'problem areas' before and after a run, and trust me, it will work wonders.
According to The Beauty Brains, petroleum jelly has lots of fantastic uses -- it makes an excellent lip balm, it can help your manicure last, it can seal split ends and work as a styling gel for your hair, it can shine your shoes and it can camoflauge scratches in wood, to name a few!
