Get a fridge facelift

You've seen those people with beautiful skin -- few blemishes, bright eyes, even attractive crow's feet. Their skin radiates health, and the result is not necessarily all the yoga poses they're doing.

Diet plays a significant role in beautiful skin. Fill your fridge with these anti-aging, facelift foods, says Dr. Nicholas Perricone over at Oprah's website:

  • Clear-skin Carbohydrates: artichokes, spinach, berries, beans, pomegranates (just bought one!), the list goes on ...
  • Radiant Proteins: Wild Alaskan salmon, high EFA eggs, kefir, poultry, cottage cheese
  • Facelift Fats: extra-virgin olive oil, walnuts, hazelnuts, seeds, macadamia nuts and almonds
  • Beautiful Beverages: green/white/black tea
  • Gorgeous Grains: buckwheat, whole oats and barley (throw a handful of barley into your next pot of soup)
  • Sexy Spices: spices and herbs are inherently anti-aging -- reach for them often

Read the article for a full list of magical foods. Then give your fridge a makeover and maybe you'll start to resemble one of those smooth-skinned yogis.
