Fitz,
Hello FItz! You look great and the young man who is with you looks like he is having fun also. How old is he and do you work with younger teens, college age kids to help them learn early how to eat right and exercise- for a life long habit of good health? And also, do you work with "older people" to help them get in better physical shape and learn things they can do that might not be as vigourous of a work out to stay in shape. Thanks- Gator Mom
