Your Turn: What's keeping you from being slim?

For most of us, losing weight is one of our top priorities -- after, of course, family, work, friends, social commitments, housework and our favourite TV shows. For some, keeping slim comes naturally -- for the rest of us, we have to work at it. Or do we?
We recently told you about The Secret Habits of the Naturally Slim. They're things we could all be doing but for some reason don't. Why is that?
