Daily Fit Tip: Know your steps
Categories: Daily Fit Tip
When it comes to fitness, your steps can really add up. So how many are you getting?

You don't need to fit these all in at one go -- a sedentary person takes an average of 1,000 to 3,000 steps a day, so adding in an hour of walking should probably do the trick. And of course, steps taken during a run or a go on the elliptical trainer count.
