It's unfortunate, but true -- not everyone enjoys working out. It might be because it's hard, or it hurts, or even because it seems boring, but you know what? With a little work, everyone can find a workout that works for them.Mischa Barton (of the now-defunct O.C., and has she done anything else lately?) was never big on fitness. In fact, she finds working out "dorky." But, she's finally found a way to make fitness fun -- using the Pilates reformer, which is a machine that develops core strength and flexibility.
While the Pilates reformer might not sound like more fun than a barrel of monkeys to you, I'm sure there's something else out there you'll enjoy. The key is to be open to giving it a try. Check out classes at your gym or local YMCA, or rent some workout videos -- you never know what's going to hit the spot!
