Back-to-school means back to sitting in desks all day, a good time to remind kids about posture.
Healthline has some simple tips for healthy sitting, including:

Tell kids to "sit up straight" and they will... for a minute, only to slump back into poor posture when their muscles get tired. Better to teach them simple techniques for improving their posture as a matter of habit, so that sitting and learning does not cause pain.

- Slide your bottom to the back of the chair, touching the chair back.
- Move your chair closer to your desk or table.
- Lean your upper (not your lower) back against the chair back and tuck your chin in loosely.
- Take frequent breaks to get up and move around.
