Daily Fit Tip: Work your butt off
Categories: Fitness
Want to make your gluteus a little less maximus? Four simple exercises are the key to toning and firming your backside.
Not too long ago, my son and I had some family pictures taken. The photographer was wonderful -- she took very natural, non-posed photos which are exactly what I love. Before the photo shoot started, I mentioned that I loved a photo in her gallery that was of a little kid walking away. During the shoot, my son and I were walking toward a stream and I heard her camera clicking behind us. My immediate thought was "I won't be buying any of those!" Though I liked the other photos she had like that, I can't imagine buying an 8X10 of my backside for my living room wall.
