It's a pretty amazing food, actually. According to Mark's Daily Apple, a one cup serving has 200% of your daily RDI of vitamin C, and 100% of your daily RDI of vitamin A. That's not all--it's got vitamin B6, folic acid and lycopene, and all those nutrients have some amazing health benefits. Who needs a multivitamin when you've got sweet peppers?
