Blast fat with this workout

For those of you who like a prescribed workout like I do, I've got one for you that I just ripped from the pages of the September 2008 Prevention magazine. Just tried it too. Touted as a Midday Fast Blast and designed for the outdoors, I adapted this 30-minute routine to fit my schedule and kid constraints -- I did it in the morning using my treadmill, with a lime green resistance band I secured to our playroom door, and with some running tacked on at the end. If you like brisk walking with a mix of strength training, this workout is for you. Thanks to LA-based trainer Steve Zim, author of The 30-Minute Celebrity Makeover Miracle, for sharing with Prevention this sweaty workout -- my shirt was soaked by the end.
