When it comes to losing weight, do you have a weak spot? If so, you need a secret weapon.
Everyone has a weak point, whether it be a time of day, a location, or a food that they just can't deny. If you find that your weight loss plans are being sabotaged on a regular basis by your personal vice, use trial and error to find the solution that can put that problem to bed for good.
I get hungry every afternoon, about 3 P.M., no matter how well I eat at breakfast and lunch. I learned from the book You: On a Diet to eat six almonds and a banana to fight this afternoon slump. Now, that's my secret weapon (though I usually switch out the banana for another type of fruit). If I find myself reaching for something sweet, I pull out this protein-packed snack and all is well.
