We Love To Gawk At Fit Celebs: Britney's $22,000 healthy makeover
Recent photos of Britney Spears in a bikini in Mexico show that the starlet is doing well with her healthy makeover -- she looked trim and healthy, and, most importantly, happy. However, getting to that point came with a hefty price tag. Britney has reportedly spent $22,000 a month to get back in shape! So what does this $22,000 go toward each month? Britney is paying a nutritionist, buying diet supplements, and has a personal trainer and private dance choreographer on call. One thing she's not spending her cash on: Red Bull. She has switched it out for a much more healthful option, and now drinks lots of water.
Additionally, she's sticking to a 1400 calorie per day diet, though she allows herself one "cheat day," and snacks on edamame beans. Her meals are made of fresh foods, and she's only eating two-thirds of what's on her plate. It sounds like she's got a very healthy system in place, and while most of us couldn't afford her "people," all of us can load up on fresh foods and eat in moderation. It's great to see her doing so well!

Second day in a row that That's Fit has posted a "health" story that involves Britney Spears and is based on anonymous sources cited by a celebrity blog.
I know AOL's in serious financial trouble. Have they issued a directive to "dumb down" That's Fit and do more celebrity, unscientific stories? Give us some reliable medical information we can use. Stop trying to titillate and appeal to base sensibilities.

I've gotta agree. Brit is old news, and I really never cared to hear about her in the first place.
If there is something I'd like to see, its be more fitness news directed at males.

There are people who read these posts who might be inspired by Britney turning her trainwreck life around, and wanting to know how she is doing so. I think there is room for more than a favorite exercise or the the next best broccoli recipe on these pages. There are posts that I skip because I am not interested in the subject matter, and surely others can do the same.
If you have a specific topic you're interested in, request more information as driven did - I'm sure the bloggers will be happy to acommodate you.
