- Exercise helps manage menopause. Daily walking can cut stress and anxiety triggered by depleted estrogen. Try 35 minutes at four mph per day.
- Exercise reduces the need for drug treatment. Want to avoid drugs for managing diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol? Walk as little as three to eight miles per week.

That`s so interesting! I also read about reasons for which we should start jumping the rope at htt://www.projectweightloss.com:
Reason #1: It`s a cheap way to lose weight.
Reason #2: The jumping rope may be used anywhere. You may take it in your luggage if you travel a lot.
Reason #3: You may use it indoors, outdoors, at the gym, or at home. All you need is a little bit of space around you.
