Best butt cardio
Categories: Fitness
I always get a kick out of watching people at the gym, especially in the free weight and stretching areas. Everyone has their own way of doing crunches, or lunges, or squats, probably because they're trying to target their trouble spot.
However, the cardio machine you choose can have a lot to do with the area you target. Women's Health magazine listed the best cardio machines for your bum, and you can check them out in our gallery. After all, if you're putting in the time at the gym, you want to make sure you're getting the most out of it you can, right?

No, free weights is the BEST way to get a great body. Cardio will make you skinny fat. Strength training boosts metabolism, increases bone density, burns fat while sleeping, and improve posture.
Please don't encourage women to avoid weights. You can "get a kick" out of watching the idiots on the cardio machines 7 days a week who don't lose weight anymore.
I get a kick out of watching weaklings try to do pull-ups. Enjoy the cardio.

That's not at all what I meant -- I'm a huge advocate of strength training, as well. What I think is interesting to watch is when people do the same move, over and over, to sculpt one part, when really they'd be better off going for overall strength and fitness. Doing a million crunches alone isn't going to give you great abs, you know? I'm sorry if that wasn't clear in the post.
