Do you resemble a walking zombie in the mornings? Or maybe you're familiar with the 3 p.m. crash and burn? Well, get ready to charge your batteries with Qigong.

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) means "energy work" -- and work your energy, it does!
It's meditation and exercise all rolled in to one. The gentle, rolling motions are a perfect start to your day -- even if you're not exactly bright and shiny in the morning.
Studies show that exercises like Qigong can increase your energy up to 10%. But an energy boost isn't the only benefit. The meditative qualities of Qigong help reduce stress and improve your focus. Other studies show that Qigong can help control heart rate and blood pressure.
