Daily Fit Tip: Go barefoot!

So spend a little time every day barefoot! Let your feet get back to the natural form they were meant to work in, give them get a breather from the shoes they get jammed into every day, and learn how to walk properly and naturally again. Of course you need to be cautious of hazards and take some precautions, but in the end you'll be glad you did -- your feet (and your whole body!) will thank you.Have a happy and safe 4th of July weekend!
