Do you love how great you feel after yoga class, but your a bit crunched for time? Try these yoga moves -- no mat required!
In the shower. When you're pressed for time, there's nothing like killing two birds with one stone. While you're taking your morning shower, stand with your back against the water and your hands on your belly. Inhale deeply through your nose, using your diaphragm so your belly expands. Exhale slowly through your mouth. - While parked in the car. Sit tall and raise your head up. Place your right hand by your right hip and your left on the steering wheel at the 3 o'clock position. Inhale, then as you exhale, press your hands into the seat and the steering wheel and gently twist your body to the right. Repeat on the other side.
- In the kitchen. Place your palms shoulder-width apart on a countertop. Place your feet hip-width apart. Then bend forward at the hips and move your feet backward until your upper body is parallel to the floor.
