Pump up your sex life with a pair of heels
Categories: Healthy Habits, Diet & Weight Loss

Break out those high heels. A recent study from the University of Verona in Italy reports that women whose feet are elevated at a 15-degree angle (that's about a three-inch heel) have more relaxed pelvic muscles than women who wear flats. The more relaxed these pelvic muscle are, the more they can contract and heighten your sexual experience.
Heels may not be your best bet for healthy feet -- but for a healthy sex life, they may be just the ticket. For 20 great tips for wearing and walking in high heel shoes, take a peek at this site. Per reader suggestion, here are some tips for avoiding the pain high heels can cause. And by all means, don't risk life and limb just to sport a pair of pumps in the name of good sex.
Thanks, Family Circle, for the sexy tip.

So basically, Jacki, you're telling women that it's okay to suffer back pain, foot pain, risk injuries from tripping and other assorted problems all for a good orgasm?
Next post, Jacki encourages AOL/That's Fit readers to take up smoking.
"If it feels good, do it!" she says.

Nope, Marion, just reporting on a blurb I read in Family Circle. Not making any suggestions at all. That goes for smoking too.

Sorry, Jacki, but I need to agree with Marion here.
You're contending that you are "just reporting on a blurb [you] reading in Family Circle."
As I was reading, I was expecting that you would mention the article, then state the problems with high heels (as Marion has done), then suggest exercises that women can do to "have more relaxed pelvic muscles." Heck, just putting the phrase "women relaxed pelvic muscle exercises" into www.google.com gives some good suggestions.
