Think about it: When was the last time you worked out? For some, it was today. But for a number of you, your last workout happened a while ago.Maybe even so long ago that Lauren and Heidi were friends the last time you watched The Hills on the TV in front of the treadmill.
If you ask me, it's a good idea to keep track of when you work out -- not only so you can remind yourself when you need to get out there, but also so you can reward your good efforts with, say, a manicure.
Our friends at Fitsugar have a great suggestion -- they want you to keep track of your workouts on your calendar. Here's what you do: Every day you do something active -- a trip to the gym, a walk, etc. -- 'X' off that day. Then, when the month is over, you can see how well you did--or didn't--do.
